WAREHOUSING and MILLING MACHINE
Invitation to Bid
1. Songea District Council intends to Lease Warehouse at LILAMBO OTC IN SONGEA DISTRICT COUNCIL. The Warehouse are leased on “as is, where is” basis and the procuring entity shall have no further liability during the leasing period. Lease WAREHOUSE
2. Songea District Council now invites sealed tenders for the lease of WAREHOUSE
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 and Public Procurement (amended) Regulations, 2016 – Government Notice No. 333 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested tenderers may inspect the Warehouse at OTC Lilambo in Songea District Council on 14 March 2020 to 20 Marc, 2020
5. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the District Executive Director, P.O.Box 995, Songea, Songea District Council Ruvuma Region from 8:00 a.m to 15:30 p.m on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
6. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional set may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzania Shillings 50,000.00 only. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft,
7. All tenders must be accompanied by an original tender security in an acceptable form provided in the Tendering document.
8. All tenders in one original plus two Copies properly filled in and enclosed in separate plain inner envelope marked Original and Copies as properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to Secretary Songea District Council Tender Board P.O.Box 995,Songea District Council Ruvuma Region at or before 10:30 local hours on 29/3/2020.Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Songea District Council at Lundusi Procurement Management Unit Office
9. Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
